Charlotte joined the Watson team in 2018. She brings several years of experience in the insurance industry from working for a third-party administrator of employer-sponsored health and welfare benefit plans in a sales and service role. She has documented success in helping middle-market businesses craft a comprehensive employee benefits strategy to reduce health plan costs, improve employee satisfaction and retention initiatives.

She specializes in employee benefits, particularly in the self-funded market with an emphasis on risk management. Charlotte has extensive knowledge and experience advising middle-market companies on strategic initiatives, particularly with reference-based pricing (RBP) solutions, innovative wellness programs, pharmacy benefit solutions, healthcare reform/compliance, and cost containment strategies.
