Heather joined the Watson Insurance Agency team in 2003 as an intern in the mailroom/switchboard. She then moved into the processing department and then to account manager assistant where she trained to move into the account manager position which she held for many years. Heather was promoted in 2016 to commercial lines manager. She specializes in commercial property and casualty coverage.
